1. If the gig is neighboring, pay gas surcharge as I will just drive.
2. If traveling over +200 miles, airfare will need to be covered round trip.
3. If traveling over +200 miles, Hotel will need to be covered, no AirBNB.
4. If flying, backline will need to be provided at the gig, I will bring my bass.
